Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Overview

Stock broking services involve real-time trading and settlements. Therefore, refunds on transactions cannot be provided, except in specific cases.

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

• Brokerage fees already charged

• Government taxes (GST, STT, stamp duty, etc.)

• Exchange transaction charges

• Depository charges

3.3 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only when:

• A technical error on our part leads to duplicate charges

• A payment was made but not updated in the system

• Wallet/top-up errors due to platform downtime

3.4 Refund Process

If eligible:

• Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

• Refund method will match the original payment method
